Windows 10 Upgrades for RPU3
Overview
As of 4 June 2024, ETC is offering Windows 10 upgrades for Element 2, Ion Xe, and Ion Xe 20 consoles running Windows 7. This upgrade includes new hardware (motherboard, solid-state drive, memory, etc.) along with the new operating system.
ETC currently does not offer Windows 10 upgrades for other Eos Family consoles. Additional upgrade paths will be announced in the future.
ETC Puck and ETCnomad Puck will not be eligible for upgrade to Windows 10.

Pricing and Availability
Contact your ETC dealer for pricing.
For customers in the United States, your console will need to be sent to ETC on a repair order (RMA) arranged through a dealer.
For customers outside the United States, contact your local dealer for more information on the upgrade procedure.

The tables below show which part numbers are eligible to receive a Windows 10 upgrade. Any product not listed below is ineligible for upgrade.
