Net3 Radio Focus Remote (RFR) Base Station LED States

The Net3 Radio Focus Remote (RFR) base station has a single bi-color LED that indicates different states:

Solid Green = powered and running
Slow Irregular Blink Red/Green = wired or wireless data activity
Rapid Regular Blink Red/Green = identify function (probably triggered by GCE - should timeout after set interval: default 60 seconds)
Solid Red = boot loader
