Remote Video Interface Displaying "ETCNet Communications Monitor"

Problem

RVI Displaying "ETCNet Communications Monitor" instead of console screen.

Solution

If you run across an RVI  where the monitor is displaying "ETCNet Communications Monitor" and "F" function keys, open up the RVI and put DIP switch #1 to off and cycle the power.

Correct internal and external jumpers for the RVI are in the console User Manual.
