Flicker When Multiple sACN Sources Present with City Theatrical Multiverse Transmitter

Issue

Although this is not an issue with an ETC product, it has been observed when used in conjunction with our products.

When multiple sACN Sources are present on a network with a Multiverse Transmitter on the network, a flicker may occur.

Explanation of Issue

This issue seems to be caused by a bug in the Multiverse Transmitter.

Fix/Solution

Please update your City Theatrical Multiverse Transmitter to version 561 or later. For information on how to update and to find firmware, please visit City Theatrical's Website.
