Can You Meter the Output of an ArcSystem Driver?

Metering ArcSystem Pro 1-Cell Drivers

ArcSystem 1-cell drivers (D1, D2, D4, and ArcLamp drivers) require a load to output voltage. Using a voltage meter with no load on the driver will result in inaccurate readings, which may appear as if the driver is failing. If attempting to test a driver, you need to connect an ArcSystem 1-cell fixture of the appropriate type for that driver.
