Grinding Zoom in ColorSource Fresnel V
Issue
Some users have noticed grinding noises on their ColorSource Fresnel V fixtures while zooming in or out or when the zoom reaches full flood or spot. ETC has identified several possible causes for this and made improvements to prevent them in the future.
Solution
If you believe your fixture is experiencing this issue, please note the serial number of your fixture and contact ETC Technical Services.
