Replacement Lenses Don't Fit in my 36 Degree Standard Definition Lens Tube

The very first design ETC used for standard definition lens tubes (from 1992 -1994) utilized a singular aspheric lens (7060A4003) for 36 degree lens tubes. In 1995 the lens tube was redesigned to implement a two-lens system for 36 degree tubes and the metal work was changed to accommodate the new lens size. Replacement lenses will not fit in these original lens tubes, and the original aspheric lenses are no longer available. If you have a lens tube with only one 36 degree lens installed that needs repair, then you'll need to replace the whole lens tube.
