Installing Navis 100 in a Too-Thick Ceiling

I need to install a Navis fixture, but the ceiling I am installing it in exceeds the 20 mm (.79 in) maximum thickness. How can I install the fixture?
Answer
The ArcSystem Goof Ring (datasheet) can be installed on ceilings up to 38 mm (1.5 in) thick. If your ceiling is too thick for the fixture on its own, use a Goof Ring to clamp to the ceiling, and clamp the fixture to the Goof Ring.
