Green LED Emitters on a Selador Vivid-R Are Slow To Come On/Turn Off

Symptoms/Issue

The green LED emitters on my Vivid-R are fading in and fading out slower than the other LED emitters. 

Description/Explanation of Issue

If your troubleshooting has already included swapping DMX cables, changing the fixture position in the DMX line, and setting the fixture to a known working DMX address, your fixture may have a component failure. 

Please contact ETC Technical Support to verify this is the issue and to set up a repair.
