Loose or Melted Reflector in a Source 4WRD PARNel
Issue
The reflector in a Source 4wrd PARNel is loose and/or free floating within the fixture body or has melted with seemingly no damage to the Source 4wrd array.
Explanation of Issue
Certain fixture bodies built prior to May 2025 received reflectors that weren't perfectly circular, causing them to slip off of the clips that hold them in the correct position within the fixture.
Solution
Contact ETC Technical Support for next steps. Please be prepared to provide the date code from the yoke of the fixture, along with any information you have regarding the order these fixtures were purchased on.
