Source 4WRD-C Incorrect FW in Updaterator
Symptoms/Issue
An incorrect build of v1.1.0 fw was mistakenly loaded into Updaterator. This build will cause your fixture to brick if loaded onto a unit.
Description/Explanation of Issue
The correct version of v1.1.0 has now been added into Updaterator.
Fix/Solution
- If you have already loaded v1.1.0 that was downloaded into Updaterator between 7/7/21 and 7/22/21 and your fixture bricked, please contact an ETC dealer to set up an RMA, as these units can not be recovered in the field.
- If you have downloaded 1.1.0 into Updaterator, reopen Updaterator while your computer is connected to the internet and redownload 1.1.0.
- If on a console, open Updaterator on a computer with internet access, download the correct build, then save for console.
- If you're not sure if you have the questionable file, open Updaterator and your version will show up as unknown in Setup Versions.
