Source Four HID Ballast Part Numbers
For US/non-CE applications
It is not possible to replace parts within the burner / ballast assembly of Source Four HID fixtures. If there is a problem with either the burner or the ballast, the entire assembly must be replaced.
Source Four + Source Four Jr HID Ballast Part Numbers:
The black Source Four HID 120V / 150W ballast kit is ETC part number 7060K1015 (S4 HID BALLAST REPLACEMENT KIT UL). This kit includes the ballast, the burner, and the hardware to attach the ballast to the yoke. For a white ballast and burner, the part number is 7060K1015-1.
The black Source Four HID 120V - 277V / 70W ballast kit is 7060K1022. For a white ballast and burner, the part number is 7060K1022-1.
The black Source Four HID 277V / 150W ballast kit is 7060K1023. For a white ballast and burner, the part number is 7060K1023-1.
Source Four PAR and PARNel HID Ballast Part Numbers:
The black Source Four HID PAR and PARNel 120v, 150W ballast kit is ETC part number 7061K1001 (S4PAR 120V 150W HID BALLAST KIT UL). This kit includes the ballast, the burner, and the hardware to attach the ballast to the yoke. For a white ballast and burner, the part number is 7061K1001-1
The black Source Four HID PAR and PARNel 277v, 150w ballast kit is ETC part number 7061K1003. For a white ballast and burner, the part number is 7061K1003-1.
The black Source Four HID PAR and PARNel 120v - 277v, 70w ballast kit is 7061K1002. For a white ballast and burner, the part number is 7061K1002-1.
