My Source Four LED Flashes When Power Applied

Symptoms/Issue

When power is applied to, all LED emitters flash to full then off very briefly then boots and operates normally. 

Description/Explanation of Issue

This could be the result of a manufacturing error, seen in August 2018. 

Fix/Solution

If your fixture is behaving this way, please contact Tech Services with your fixture Serial Number to verify and discuss options.
