S4 Series 3 case screws do not fit
Symptoms/Issue
S4 Series 3 case screws do not fit. They are either too big and do not fit in the hole or are too small and drop in.
Description/Explanation of Issue
The casting on the S4 Series 3 fixture was changed. The 4 case screws size was also changed.
- Old screws are a bigger diameter and only fit older cases.
- New screws are a smaller diameter and different thread count so they only work with the new case. They will just fall into the bigger hole of the old case. They may be a bit longer also.
Fix/Solution
- Use the other screw type.
