Source Four LED Series 3 'Searching for Firmware' Error

Issue

When powered on, fixture shows a 'searching for firmware' text on the screen as well as a load bar. Fixture also only outputs amber light or red and yellow light. Updating firmware doesn't fix this issue nor does returning the fixture to default settings. This issue requires a hardware repair. Please contact your ETC Authorized Dealer for next steps.
