Half of fos/4 Panel is not working

Check your fixture mode

In version 1.2.0, a feature was introduced that allowed for each half of the fixture to be addressed separately called "Direct/Studio Cell".  When enabled, the normal, starting addressed channels will only activate the left half of the fixture.  The other half is controlled by an equal number of extended channels.
