Unable to control fos/4 through a Multiverse Transmitter
Symptoms/Issue
Unable to control of a fos/4 Panel via Multiverse Transmitter.
Description/Explanation of Issue
We have confirmed that the Universe, SHoW ID, SHoW Key and Power are set correctly on our fos/4 Panel and we are actively outputting from our control device but we still can't control the fixture.
Fix/Solution
- The data rate setting in the show ID determines the number of universes you can broadcast to. If the third digit in your Multiverse SHoW ID is set to 1 and your fixtures are patched beyond that you will not be able to communicate. Patch your fixtures in the appropriate universe to match your ID using the example below.
