Unable to control fos/4 through a Multiverse Transmitter

Symptoms/Issue

Unable to control of a fos/4 Panel via Multiverse Transmitter.

Description/Explanation of Issue

We have confirmed that the Universe, SHoW ID, SHoW Key and Power are set correctly on our fos/4 Panel and we are actively outputting from our control device but we still can't control the fixture.

Fix/Solution

1. The data rate setting in the show ID determines the number of universes you can broadcast to.  If the third digit in your Multiverse SHoW ID is set to 1 and your fixtures are patched beyond that you will not be able to communicate.  Patch your fixtures in the appropriate universe to match your ID using the example below.
