Why is my I/O Output Acting as a Momentary Contact?
Symptoms
When I send a UDP command to my I/O Gateway to change the relay state it changes momentarily and then returns to the previous state.
Explanation of Issue
If sACN is active and patched for the contact output, the UDP command will change the state of the output but the next sACN packet will return the contact to the state coresponding to the sACN level received.
Solution
- Unpatch the sACN Address from the relay
