How to change a DMX chip in a Response Mk2 4port Gateway

Symptoms/Issue

One of the DMX ports on my 4port Gateway is not outputting data even if it is set to the same universe as one of my working ports.

Description/Explanation of Issue

Sometimes a DMX chip can fail and needs to be replaced.

Fix/Solution

1. With a #1 Phillips Screwdriver, remove the 8 screws pictured below and slide out the top chassis.
   
    
2. Carefully remove the spare chip and put in place of the chip in the port that is not working (labeled on the circuit board at "DMX 1" through "DMX 2".
