ETC has identified an issue that could occur when pushing new firmware to MKII gateways. This issue becomes apparent once the firmware update has completed and the port listings on the front of the gateway will either misidentify the port's number or appear as port zero.
- Downgrade your MKII gateway to the previous software version using the UpdatorAtor Utility.
- This will restore functionality to the MKII gateway.
- Contact ETC Technical Services for a replacement gateway
- Technical services will provide a replacement gateway for any unit affected by the above issue. ETC will request users send back any gateways affected by this once a replacement device has been received.
