Mk2 Gateways Don't Properly Update

Issue

ETC has identified an issue that could occur when pushing new firmware to Mk2 gateways. This issue becomes apparent once the firmware update has completed and the port listings on the front of the gateway will either misidentify the port's number or appear as port zero.

Solution

  1. Downgrade your Mk2 gateway to the previous software version using the UpdatorAtor Utility.
    1. This will restore functionality to the Mk2 gateway.
  2. Contact ETC Technical Services for a replacement gateway
    1. Technical services will provide a replacement gateway for any unit affected by the above issue. ETC will request users send back any gateways affected by this once a replacement device has been received.
