Symptoms/Issue
Response Show Control Gateway (RSN-MIDI, RSN-SMPTE, RSN-SERIAL, etc) powers up, boots, and appears to be working, but the IP address is displayed as 0.0.0.0. It does not communicate via ethernet. Setting a new static IP address, or setting the unit to use DHCP, does not cause this to change.
Description/Explanation of Issue
The most-likely cause of this issue is that the ethernet communication chip has been damaged. This part is not user-servicable and must be sent to ETC to be repaired.
