MEAN WELL RCP-2000 Power Supply for F-Drive R12 Not Outputting DC Voltage
Symptoms/Issue
The MEAN WELL 1U power supply shelf provided with an F-Drive R12 is powered on, there are LED indicators on the power supply units, and the fans are running, but there is no output voltage from the shelf.
Description/Explanation of Issue
The MEAN WELL RCP-2000 power supply unit ships with a DB-25 terminator in the box. This must be installed for the power supply shelf to output voltage. Note that a red LED on the front of a power supply indicates that the supply is currently disabled.

Fix/Solution
Install the terminator as shown in the picture above. If you do not have a terminator, contact ETC Technical Services for assistance.
