L86-EMRF Signal Flow
What is an EMRF?
Typically installed in top center slot, the EMRF receives DMX512 and sends it to the EM64s without processing. It is used in systems where all dimmers are the same type and are sequentially numbered, and when there is only one source of DMX512 signal. When there is no EMI3M, it is also installed in the top left slot.
Signal Flow:
- Main Data comes in on J1 A/B/C 27 and Flows to J2 Jumper Position D1
- Aux Data comes in on J1 A/B/C 26 and Flows to J2 Jumper Position D2
- J2 Jumper Position determines data source and sends to EM64s on J1 A/B/C 16, 17, & 18
