SmartBar2 Heat Production

At full 10A load current a SmartBar2 will dissipate 21.5 watts as heat per channel. Converting this unit with 3.412 BTU/W this corresponds to 73.358 BTUs per fully loaded 10A channel. The control electronics add about 5W of heat to the entire bar, which is included in our calculations below.
