How do SmartPacks and SmartSwitches talk to each other

Explanation

You can have multiple SmartPacks or SmartSwitches installed on a job and talk to each other or share data.

• They can communicate over a Smartlink bus for architectural control of presets and sequences
• They can live on the same DMX daisychain and listen to the same sources or even share the same addresses for control from the source

In order to set up this communication, you will need to land the appropriate wires on the I/O board or the back of the unit (if it is a portable unit). You can reference the installation guides as needed to do so.
