All repairs are performed at your own risk. Be aware that ETC and its Affiliates are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by service of our products by anyone other than us or our authorized service providers, and such damage is excluded from the product’s warranty.
For your safety:
Disconnect all products from mains electricity before servicing
Wait at least 1 hour for the capacitors in the power supply to discharge
Only proceed with a repair if you feel comfortable doing so
