Hog iPC sounds like it is powered on but the screens are black

Symptoms/Issue

Hog iPC is on and is humming, but the screens are black.

Description/Explanation of Issue

The bios battery might be out of charge or the bios for the motherboard are set wrong.

Fix/Solution

1.  Make sure the bios settings are correct. The bios settings can be found at this link.
2. Change the bios battery.
   1. After changing the bios battery, make sure the bios settings are correct again.
