Dell models E2014Tt and P2418-HT do not work on Output 1 of Full Boar 4

Symptoms/Issue

Dell models E2014Tt and P2418-HT do not work on external display Output 1 of Full Boar 4.

This issue has been fixed in v3.14.0. Upgrade your console to 3.14.0 and you will be able to use the monitors on output 1 or 2.

They will work on output 2.
