Internal DMX widget is not detected

Symptoms/Issue

Internal DMX widget on a Full Boar 4 or a Road Hog 4 is not detected in the System Info tab in Control Panel.

Description/Explanation of Issue

1. The software was lost on the console
2. Widget PCB is unplugged from power
3. Dip Switches are not correct

Fix/Solution

1. Perform a full install
2. Plug in the cable from the power supply. The connector is by the dip switches.
3. Dip switch 1 should be on. The rest of the dip switches should be off.
4. If the above solutions do not work, check that when in a show the 2 LEDs to the left of the dip switches are solid
   1. If they are flashing or do not come on, then the widget board needs repair or replacement

      In v3.9.0, you might have to wait 10-15 seconds before seeing changes to the LEDs
