Video Card, Hog 4 consoles. Correct service part numbers, 17" and 7" displays use a different part number

The video card for Hog 4 are programmed differently for the 7 and 17" displays.

Description/Explanation of Issue

After being programmed the boards are given new part numbers. The correct service part numbers are below

Fix/Solution

1. Use part number 90902071EF for the large 17" displays
2. Use part number 90902072EF for the small 7" display.
