Axon HD logo and CMA screen appears briefly

Symptoms/Issue

After booting, the Axon HD logo and CMA appears briefly and then closes.

Description/Explanation of Issue

The graphics engine started, but then it crashed.

Fix/Solution

1. Reboot the Axon
2. If new content was just added, remove all user content. 
   1. Power off the console
   2. Plug in a keyboard and power up
   3. Start a system restore
   4. Choose remove user content.

      This will remove all user content
