Cyberlight LED Tilt moves slightly back and forth

Symptoms/Issue

Mirror tilts slightly back and forth

Description/Explanation of Issue

The encoder is not reading the tilt movement correctly

Fix/Solution

1. Check the set screws on the tilt hub
2. one set screw is for the tightening to the motor shaft, the other is to tighten the split hub
3. tighten both set screws to insure no slippage on the shaft of the tilt portion of the mirror head movement
