Error Info Access and Management

Error information will only be found in the new range of product. If a fixture finds an error during start up, it will take a much longer amount of time to calibrate. Once calibrated an error message will pop up on the Display. However sometimes this information can be missed, you can always go back and view the error information.

Checking Error Info

1.    Press the (MODE/ESC) button to display the main menu.

2.    Tap the (UP) or (DOWN) button until the “Info” option is selected, then press (Enter). The “Info” menu displays.

3.    Tap the (UP) or (DOWN) button until the “Error Info” option is selected, then press (Enter). The current fixture errors are now displayed.

4.    Press (Enter) or press the (MODE/ESC) button to return to the previous menu.

Clearing the Error information
Note: Error messages will not clear on their own and they will persist through power cycles, after fault has been fixed, the error information will need to be cleared through the following procedure.

Note: Service Pin will need re-entered whenever returning to “Service Settings”

*SERVICE PIN IS THE SAME ACROSS ALL PRODUCT*

1.    Press the (MODE/ESC) button to display the main menu.

2.    Tap the (UP) or (DOWN) button until the “Set” option selected, then press (Enter). The “Set” menu displays.

3.    Tap the (UP) or (DOWN) button until the “Service Setting” option selected, then press (Enter). The “Service Settings” menu displays.

4.    Note: Older fixtures translate “Service Settings” as “Service Pin” this is exactly the same menu however under a different name.

5.    Press the (UP) or (DOWN) button until “Service Pin” displays, then press (Enter). Press the (UP) or (DOWN) button to modify the counter to “050”, then press (Enter). “Service Settings” menu displays.

6.    Press the (UP) or (DOWN) button until “Clr Err Info” displays, then press (Enter). If the Service Pin Has not been correctly applied in the previous menu, this will not be accessible. With successful Service PIN entered, the current setting will display. Off is the default setting.

7.    Use the (UP) or (DOWN) buttons to change the selection.

8.    Press (Enter) to commit to the change or press the (MODE/ESC) button to return to the previous menu.
