Identical PCB's From Different Fixtures Are Not Interchangeable
Description/Explanation of Issue
Some PCB's looks identical, but cannot be programmed to work in a different fixture type. They are pre-programmed with specific boot code that will not allow for PCBs to be swapped from one fixture type to the other.
Fix/Solution
- Each fixture type has a designation beginning with HY which can be seen on the label of a programmed PCB.
- The numbers following the HY designate the fixture type and must be used in the correct fixture
