Two or more HES fixtures don't work with RDM

Symptoms/Issue

HES fixtures work normally with RDM when  a single device is connected to the RDM controller. When you connect two or more devices to the same RDM controller, none of them can be detected or configured.

Description/Explanation of Issue

If you are using RDM control, ensure that each fixture in the same DMX control run has a unique RDM UID. Duplicate RDM UIDs in the same DMX control run will result in a data collision, causing a communication failure.

Fix/Solution

For Sola and Star series fixtures:

1. Navigate to:  Set ‐> Service Settings ‐> Service PIN. Press <UP> button to select 050 and press  <ENTER>
2. Navigate to RDM PID:  Press the <UP> button to select unique ID’s for each fixture and press  <ENTER>

For Halcyon family fixtures:

1. Navigate: Main Menu → Settings → Service. Enter 4116 PIN code.
2. Navigate to RDM UID and modify it
