USB Upload Issue - File not Recognized

Issue

The USB drive is recognized by the fixture, but the file is not displayed.

Explanation of Issue

In Windows 11, dragging and dropping doesn't always work when dragging directly from an unzipped zip file. 

Solution

1. Right-click on the zip file and choose Extract All instead of double-clicking to unzip the file
2. Choose a convenient location for the extracted files
3. Use the copy and paste method rather than the drag-and-drop method to add the NCW file to your USB drive.
