Multiverse Mounting Kit Issue

Issue

It was noted that the HES Mega/GigaPix and Lonestar Prime Multiverse Mounting Kit does not allow the City Theatrical Multiverse antenna to connect with the fixture. 

Explanation of Issue

HES/ETC part number 2594A1230 was manufactured with M3x12 screws rather than M3x14 screws. We are working to update the part and stock world wide. 

Solution

  1. Replace the Multiverse Mounting Kit 2594A1230 screws to M3x14. Stock is being updated and should be complete by the end of 8/26 for any future orders.
  2. Insure the screws are tightened fully so the Multiverse Module makes connection with the USB-C plug on the fixture. This requires more torque rather than lightly tightening screws.
