Cant load software on to USB drive

Description/Explanation of Issue

When software is loaded the fixture will not recognize the software on the the USB drive

Fix/Solution

1. Only one section of the software needs to be loaded on to the USB Drive.
2. Down load the software.
3. Choose the update folder.
4. Carry section   to your USB drive.
5. Your TurboRay should recognize the software on your USB drive and will begin the upload once the selection is made.
