Symptoms/Issue

Fixture has old software

Daisy chain all fixtures to be uploaded.
Make sure fixture with the latest software is a the beginning of the daisy chain.
Fixtures should not be connected to DMX from a console
Hold <menu> button on the master fixture, until ADDR appears
Using the up and down buttons, scroll to Mode and hit <ENTER>
Using the up and down buttons, scroll to ti XLd appears hit <ENTER>
The fixtures that are uploading the software will display UPLD during the process
After the fixtures have uploaded, they will reset and home
