The buttons for My ColorSource fixture are stuck/missing/unresponsive.
The buttons have most likely experienced physical trauma and will need to be replaced. We highly recommend that you contact your preferred ETC dealer to set up a repair for the unit rather than attempt to replace the buttons yourself, due to the following reasons:
- The buttons are soldered to the fixture's control card. Unless you are very comfortable with soldering, attempting to re-solder could damage the control card
- You cannot just purchase a new control card as it is calibrated to its LED array during the build process. If you were to purchase a new control card, you would need to purchase it as a pre-calibrated kit with an array. Often times this will be more expensive than a repair.
