Keycard Error when Downloading Settings from ELED1

Symptoms/Issue

When I try to download settings from an ELED1 in Garibaldi Pro, I get the following error:

Error downloading settings, keycard-eled: insert card...

Description/Explanation of Issue

This error has been observed when downloading settings from ELED1-A controllers that are in Garibaldi Pro as ELED1-B's.

Fix/Solution

1. Change the controller type to ELED1-B and try again.
2. If this does not resolve the issue, contact ETC technical support.
