Update Failed Error on E-PCP on ERP Mains Feed

Issue

I am loading new firmware onto my ETC relay panel processor and am getting "Update Failed: One or more steps in the update process failed." on the screen. When I view details, it shows all portions of the update failed.

Explanation

This message appears if you are trying to load v4.0.0 or higher to an original revision processor.  These original processors are not capable of loading firmware above v3.x.  Firmware v4.0.0 or higher can only be loaded on the the Mk2 processor.
