Issue

iPad iOS v13 and higher is unable to share EchoAccess device configuration files.

Explanation of Issue

An issue with the EchoAccess Mobile App is preventing Users from being able to share device configurations from the iPad. The files are still stored on the iPad and can be loaded on stations, but those files can not be transferred out of the Echo environment.

Fix

Use a different device platform for config retrieval if you will need to share the configuration files.
