Sensor IQ Relay Not Activating or Changing State
Issue
The Sensor IQ Relay may work in manual mode, but will not change state via a control signal, "Breaker Error" message is not produced.
Explanation
This usually happened when the Sensor IQ panel dose not recognize the smart breaker. If you are having this or a similar issue with your panel, please contact your ETC dealer or ETC Technical Services.
