Why can't I connect to my Mosaic Show Controller from a computer running Windows Vista 64 bit?
Explanation
MSC and LPC units (1, 2, and 4) cannot connect to Mosaic Designer (1) via USB on a computer running Windows Vista 64 bit. Ethernet will allow for a connection, and can be used as a workaround to communicate.
