Mosaic Designer Crashing on Project Load in 2.14.1

Issue

If you double-click on a Mosaic file saved in a version earlier than 2.14.1, MD 2.14.1 will crash immediately due to a known bug.

2.14.1 users must use the File tools or recent file browser to open any configuration.
