Acceptable Image Sizes and File Formats for Paradigm ControlDesigner Configurations

Issue

When sending a configuration to a touch screen, the image does not show up on the hardware.

Everything looks correct in LightDesigner and ControlDesigner, but the image does not show up on the actual touch screen.

Explanation

Images whose width and/or height dimensions exceed the resolution of the touchscreen may not render correctly on the hardware, despite doing so in ControlDesigner or LightDesigner. Image files need to meet the following criteria:

File type: .png (preferred), or .jpg/.jpeg
P-TS7 Image Resolution: maximum of 800x480
P-TS18 Image Resolution: maximum of 1366x768
For other VTS configurations, reference the resolution of the monitor the configuration will be displayed on for the maximum size.
