I'm trying to save or load a DRd dimming engine configuration file (.drd) to USB or SD on a Paradigm Architectural Control Processor (P-ACP) running v4.0.0 or v4.0.1 firmware, but it fails.
Explanation & Solution
This issue was identified as a bug in those versions of software and was resolved in v4.1.0 P-ACP firmware. Users should contact their ETC Authorized Dealer to have them update the P-ACP. Unfortunately there is no other known workaround.
