Why Is My Paradigm ACP Losing Time?

Issue

My Paradigm Architectural Control Processor (P-ACP) is not holding the date/time I have set. I have already determined that the P-ACP is not losing power.

Possible Issues

P-ACP may be set to take time service
bug in v4.0.0, v4.0.1, and v4.1.0 may be resetting the P-ACP's clock even after time has been adjusted on the UI
- resolved in v4.1.1 P-ACP firmware
the realtime chip on your P-ACP may be failing

Fix/Solution

Call ETC Technical Support to troubleshoot this issue further. Issues may result in the P-ACP needing to come into the factory for a RMA.
